Not able to use vertex ai on cpanel

Hello,

So I have used vertex ai multimodel embedding on my local windows machine it works perfect I just want to make it live on my cpanel 

I am using nodejs to interact with Vertex and I get the below error can any please suggest me what I am doing wrong
