Prefer a specific phone in answers by bot

Hallo,
we have added our website and a faq file to our storage as source for the bot.
All works fine but on the content of the website we have a different service phone numer as in the faq file. The bot is giving always the phone number her reads from the website. But we want that the bot should prefer the number from the faq file.

Is there a setting that forces the user to only remove the phone number from the FAQ? OR to block the number from the website, like bad words?

@SebastianJ You can specify in the setting from Datastore, try a prompt like, if user asks for phone number provide this 123-123-1233

Can you specify how? I am really new in this topic.
Specify means which source should be the lead?
