I can not use gemini vertext API inside current firebase project. Cloud quotas for firebase ML is 0 & can not be changed. When creating a new cloud project & enabling firebase ML api - quotas looks normal, not 0. How to fix quotas on existing firebase project/gcp project? to be able to use gemini vertex api.
