RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED: Anthropic vertex quota error

I started receiving this today, I am on free trial up till yesterday used to work: Quota exceeded for aiplatform.googleapis.com/online_prediction_requests_per_base_model 

base model: anthropic-claude-3-5-sonnet upon checkin i cannot request quota increase and asked to contact sales, is there a new limit for trial users on this ? it zero for all regions in my case

same issue here, zero for all regions. Haiku, Opus, 3.0 Sonnet are zero too.

Hi folks -  we're glad people like Anthropic Claude models on Vertex AI and you can continue to use it with a paid account.

I have a free trail and have a form of payment on file, but my quotas as still set to 0. Are you able to assist with this? It would be much appreciated if you could.

Its very frustrating that we cant use them even with a paid account, sales ignores me and so does my "account manager"

Yep same issue for me, this is broken since months and nobody seems to care. I talked to a sales rep, they can't help, I tried contacting Google Partners, they don't help / answer for low-key developers that don't make a big turnover. Its really sad and I now moved away from GCP / Firebase for my application.

I have the same issue. I have a paid account and I can use other Vertex AI models like gemini, but with Claude models I cannot change the quota and cannot change it from `0`.

I think this might be a bug.

I started getting this today again or yesterday i have a paid account and on still have some trial credits

I am pretty annoyed by this and now I have changed my code to directly use Anthropic APIs instead of going through Vertex. 

Its been weeks, I have written support emails, I even had a call with a sales representative who couldn't increase my quota because my 1-person spent as a single developer is not high enough. I contacted Google Partners who don't respond to my issue.

Still, Anthropic model quota remains at 0 and I can't increase it.
This looks like a configuration error in GCP and nobody seems to care.
