Hi All, 
When Using the the text-to-speech tool with google, I am continuously getting this error message, 
RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED: Quota exceeded for quota metric "Text-to-Speech Requests" per minute.

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

The  error message “RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED: Quota exceeded “ for quota metric "Text-to-Speech Requests" per minute, indicates that you have reached the rate limit for the Text-to-Speech API service you are using. 

To verify, go to Quotas and System Limits on Google Cloud Console and look for the specific service that exceeded.  

You can also request for quota increase by submitting through the Google Cloud Console. Keep in mind that quota increase requests are reviewed and approved on a case-to-case basis. Note that the requests will be reviewed and granted for valid business cases.
