Requesting access to MedLM

Hi, I am not sure if this is the right location for this question: I have been trying to request access to medLM for a while, to use with my reseach lab, but Google Cloud support has been unhelpful.

I cannot find a link or procedure on how to proceed with this request.

It would be great if anybody could point me in the right direction.

Contacting Vertex AI Support is one way to do it but you may also need to reach out to your Account Administrator for this matter.

You can also try providing feedback to medlm-feedback@google.com as they might be able to point you in the right direction.
