Retail API: Field "userEvent.visitorId" is a required field, but no value is found.

Hi everyone.

I am using frequently bought together model. But i am getting this error:

 

 

Field "userEvent.visitorId" is a required field, but no value is found.

 

 

Here is the error graph:

I am using google analytics 4 visitor id (from cookies) for prediction. What could cause the problem?

It looks like the visitorId is a required parameter for requesting of this API, Are you able to fill the parameter for this field?

I would suggest to contact google support to investigate your project and in case of more underlying error that causes the error mentioned: https://cloud.google.com/contact
