Hi team, I have a concern about this functionality.
Scenario:
Chatbot was good addresing customer queries, somehow customer asked something the bot couldn't answer. The bot offers a button that says "connect with a live agent/ human".
then bot conversation stops and the same chat window starts with the conversation between customer and live agent.
The integration would be Dialogflow Messenger to do it on a website.
I was checking some doc from google cloud but havent find anything more about this implementation or a high level explanation.
