Speech to Text for Tamil audio file

Hi,

I am trying to convert an audio file to text.

Language: Tamil

Audio type: Phone call

But when  I look at the support documentation for this API the Model="phone call" is not available for this language. Because of this I am getting very low accuracy after the conversion. please let me know this model would be available in the future. And is there any alternate way to achieve this.

Hi,

Unfortunately the Tamil Language is not supported for phone call as the documentation is showing [1].

I would recommend you to file a feature request by following the steps in the documentation [2].
