Text to SQL by using Vertex AI Studio Language

Hi, I am the manager of a data analysis team and my role is to spread data analysis using BigQuery in our company.

In order to spread the use of BigQuery, we are considering to develop a Text To SQL environment that allows even SQL beginners to easily extract any data in BigQuery by using Vertex AI Studio Language.

So, my question is.

Is it possible to build a Text To SQL model based on a BigQuery dataset using Vertex AI Launguage?
What kind of dataset and supervised data is needed?
What kind of metadata is needed?
How can we improve the accuracy of the model?
How can we maintain the model?
