Unable to Access Google Veo 3 for Testing – Need Assistance

Hello Google Cloud Support Team,

I recently submitted the Veo 3 Access Request Form to test the image-to-video capabilities as part of the limited preview. However, I have not yet received access, and I’m unsure how to proceed or troubleshoot.

Here are the details of my request:

• Google Cloud Project Number: 294677191659

• Use Case: We are building original content such as ASMR, visual storytelling, and short cinematic experiences using generative video. We’re eager to explore Veo 3 for enhanced creative capabilities.

I’ve checked the organization policies and roles, and also ensured my IAM permissions are sufficient (roles/aiplatform.user). Still, I’m unable to generate any video using Veo 3 features on Vertex AI.

Can you please assist in:

1. Verifying if my project has been allowlisted for Veo 3 access?

2. Clarifying any additional steps needed to activate or use Veo 3 in Vertex AI Studio?

Any guidance or ETA would be greatly appreciated, as we're excited to begin testing.
