Unable to download text to speech synthesis

I am able to synthesize a voice from the text. Everything is working fine, but it says preview and won't let me download. The button to download is there but when I tap on it nothing happens. 

I saw someone else was having the exact same issue at the same time on a different forum on a different site. 

I tried clearing my cookies and cache, I tried using incognito mode, but to no avail. I even restarted my phone. 

This is disrupting my work and needs to be fixed asap
