Vertex AI Agent throwing an error

All agents, even the OOB were all working last week but now none of the agents work. The only error that shows up on the chat window as you can see in the screenshot - "Something went wrong - please try again". I have enabled cloud logging but nothing shows up in the logs. How to troubleshoot this to figure out the exact problem here?

With one of the agents I added a tool that calls api but removing it didn't really fix it.
