Vertex API 429 Quota Error

Hello, Recently I registered Google Cloud and received $300 free credit.

I'm using RisuAI for AI chat with Vertex API (Claude Sonnet 3.5)

But I saw an error message that "Quota exceeded for ~ "

I checked the quota is unlimited but the error still continues.

I want to use all credits for AI chat within 90 days before credit is expired.

So, Please solve this error as soon as possible.
