Vertex pipeline caching is not working.

Hi.

I am a vertex pipeline user.

Utilizing caching, when submitting pipeline job, has huge benefit saving redundancy and running time.

However, by today,  it is suddenly not working.

Even when I cloned a existing pipeline with exactly same parameters in the console with turning on the caching, It ran from the scratch.

Is it only me who experienced it? Is there a bug in caching function after vertex ai update?

I'm experiencing this too. Did the issue resolve itself on your end? Any suggestions?
