VertexAI API error 400 : Publisher Model not allowed

Hi,

I got following error:

google.api_core.exceptions.FailedPrecondition: 400 Project `237180038109` is not allowed to use Publisher Model `projects/vertexdemo-452719/locations/us-central1/publishers/google/models/textembedding-gecko@001`

Please let me know how to allow Publish model. OI could not find any process to overcome this error.

Have you already assigned the appropriate roles to your user? If not, you must grant your user the appropriate IAM role with the following:

• Vertex AI Administrator (roles/aiplatform.admin)
• Vertex AI User (roles/aiplatform.user)

I am facing the same issue despite being admin of my GCP instance.
