Vision AI Available in Qatar region?

My company has a Qatar client who requires facial recogntion.  They do not want their data or images leaving Qatar.  Does the GCP Qatar region have Vision AI services?

As of now, Google Cloud does not have a region in Qatar. The closest GCP regions are in the Middle East, such as in Dubai (asia-west2). While Vision AI services are available in some regions, to meet your client's requirement of keeping the data within Qatar, you may need to consider alternative approaches:-

3. Other Cloud Providers
