\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1...

 This is when speaking in spanish.

Can someone help on this?

Looks like a unicode hex for inverted exclamation mark. I would suggest to file a support case for this concern as it looks like a quality of return value concern. https://cloud.google.com/contact

Thanks, any ideas how to enable me to report bugs? I get this "You don't have permission to file tech-related support cases for projects"

Added "Tech support Editor" permission in IAM but nothing...
