document AI extract invoice data and feed into google sheets

Hi.

I am a small business owner. I wish to use "document AI workbench" to extract information from supplier invoices and feed that information into our accounting ledger on google sheets.

Please can you offer guidance of where and how to start integrating 'document AI" with google sheets, if anyone in the community is an expert on this i am happy to discuss payment for services.
