issue while train the knowledgebase in dialogflow

Hello,

     I am facing issue(i.e. INVALID_ARGUMENT: New value exceeds the maximum size limit for this column in this database: Jobs.JobSpec, size: 13099061, limit: 10485760) when i try to train a pdf/document file more than 5mb to dialogflow. I don't know why its happening because the quota limit for knowledgebase is showing upto 50mb for the 'dialogflow essential' in the official documentation of the dialogflow.

Please help me to figure out the situation so i can reach to the conclusion and move further.

Hi,

This could happen because your PDF is very big or it has weird characters.
My recommendation is to upload thatpdf in smaller chunks.
