I am currently working with the Agent Builder widget functionality during the development phase of a chatbot project. One of the key features we are leveraging is the feedback collection functionality, where users can provide input on chatbot responses (e.g., "Good" or "Bad").
However, I would like to confirm if there are built-in feedback aggregation and analysis features available in Agent Builder. My primary goal is to utilize this feedback data to fine-tune the chatbot and improve the accuracy of its responses over time. Specifically, I want to analyze feedback trends to identify areas where the chatbot needs improvement and implement changes accordingly.
If anyone has insights on whether such functionality exists or suggestions on alternative ways to handle feedback aggregation and analysis using Agent Builder, I would greatly appreciate your advice!
