I am trying to finetune a codechat model in us-central1 (got a quota increase to access A100 GPUs)

The finetuning job is failing with the following error

"Invalid model id: codechat-bison@001 provided" in "vertex-pipelines-prompt-validation"

Does someone know what might be happening? Is this model not available for finetuning?
