Difference between vertex ai agent builder & vertex ai reasoning engine ? when to use what ?where does the role of ReAct agents comes in to picture ?Any resources (github/cloudskillboost courses) understanding these concepts would be very helpful?And also any examples where both information  & transactional based agents involved would be very practical ?

Agent builder is the no/low-code option while Reasoning Engine is the full-code solution. Agent builder is great for POCs, but as you advance and want more control and customization, Reasoning Engine is the place to go!
