1. How do we configure and generate Looker Core instance capacity alerts fro an infra standpoint

2. How do we configure and generate email alerts in the event that Looker instance is down

3. How do we test traditional disaster recovery in Looker

4. How does patching and other maintenance work on GCP and how are Looker administrators notified

5. How do we test Looker instance backup and restore

6. How does a Looker administrator get notified of vulnerability scans on the Looker instance from a security testing standpoint

7. Any other info on executing non functional testing in a looker environment for areas below:

There aren't any tools in Looker that directly measure instance capacity. But you may want to start by creating some alerts off of the Instance Performance dashboard.
