Anthos Istioctl version

Hello, 

we are using managed anthos (1.16.7) and the istioctl version is 1.13.3.

is this expected?

Hi @lucasloeffel 

I don't think that it is expected. Your Anthos Service Mesh version must match the istioctl client version. Please check this document to find the right istioctl version for your Anthos Service Mesh.
