The error is intermittent and the same request works for the next time.
@Atanu Mazumdar , Most probably it's an issue with one of the Message Processor or router. Please work with Apigee Support. Community has limited access to information when it comes to above generic error. Keep us posted if any.

Can you please help me in understanding this? To reiterate same request goes through successfully the next time. Its random.
Can you run a tcpdump while running the traffic (if it is reproducible) & evaluate the issue.
tcpdump host <<target host>> and port <<port_number>> -w dump.out

There was a service disruption, and they are saying its fixed, but apis are still not working.
