APIGEE Private Cloud Installation

 

Dear Team,

I've successfully installed a fresh APIGEE Edge 4.52 private cloud. Following the installation and validation processes, I can access the login page of the Edge UI. Additionally, I've completed the onboarding process for an organization. However, when attempting to log in to the Edge UI, I encounter an error message: "There was an Error on the Backend. Please try again." I've thoroughly verified the status of all Apigee components, and they appear to be up and running as expected. Furthermore, I've validated the installation using the methods outlined in the APIGEE documentation. Despite these efforts, I find myself facing this issue. I've performed an All-In-One Edge Installation. Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
