Add apikey to requests from dev portal

Hi all,

Is it possible to automatically add API keys to the requests coming out from development portals?

Of course, a developer must be logged in and has an authorized app with Consumer Key.

I have seen the same thing available OOTB in a different API Tool Portal.

Even I want to know about this in Apigee. Maybe there is a Drupal module / some custom Rules module without writing any code.
