Adding an environment

I understand that it is possible to have more environments than the default test and prod environment. How can I add one? It does not seem possible using the interface, at least not with a trial account.

In a trial account you are limited to only 2 environments. If you upgrade to Startup, SMB or Enterprise versions you get more environments.
