Apigee Emulator runtime not getting started

Hi Community,

I have installed apigee emulator in my local VS Code and while i am trying to start the container , its getting timed out to start the runtime. VS code says "Runtime is not up" message . In the docker container logs i see several error message like below

Have anyone faced any issue similar to this.

PS: I tried with Apigee emulator version 1.9.1 , 1.12.0 , 1.13.4

I know there are issues starting 1.13 and 1.14, but 1.12.4 works for me.
