Apigee Hybrid v1.6 Anthos GKE installation on VM's and AWS

I have gone through the steps specified in https://cloud.google.com/anthos/clusters portal but still not clear to me.

would be great, please someone can share the procedure steps or link for installation on on-premises of VM's and AWS
