I have a new client and a new client issued PC to set up and the above link has always been very helpful, but it is now redirected to a new training page.

I think that link had some references to tools that are sunsetted.

Use an IDE or you'll need to ensure you have a JDK and Maven if using the above maven tools Maven https://maven.apache.org

If your machine doesnt have git
