Apigee-synchronizer pod hitting URL not found erro...

Hello All,

We are encountering an issue while installing the Apigee Runtime Hybrid. We have successfully installed the following components: Operator, Cassandra, Redis, Telemetry, and Ingress Manager. However, when attempting to install the Organization and Environment components, we are facing issues. Apigee-synchronizer pod comes to running state but it is hitting the log

Hi @haribabu1 -- thanks for sharing the logs. A bit of a guess, but I'd say the org was either:

provisioned with Data Residency and the overrides file is missing the appropriate contractProvider value, as per this doc, resulting in the 404 because the org does not exist in the default global control plane; or
provisioned without Data Residency and the overrides file incorrectly specifies a custom contractProvider for a region where the org does not exist
