When i try to generate token by using postman/Cloud-shell command line

I'm sorry you're having trouble.

Can you be more specific about the request you are making with postman or curl? What is the full curl command you are executing ?

ps: in case you were not aware, this is an Apigee space. There are other "forums" here on googlecloudcommunity for other Cloud things, like App Engine, or Cloud Run, or etc.
