Authorized redirect URIs

How can i set Authorized redirect URIs Dynamically in google cloud console
because in my case redirect URIs is not fix it's change according multiple conditions
so how can set Authorized redirect URIs Dynamically ?

You cannot.  You configure the redirect URIs statically. This is a security requirement.

Good Morning , New Year Resolution 

Please don't reset the redirect_uris in the Auth CLient ID JSON's created earlier. 

We see they are jumped back to the one's set at Initial Credential creation time
