CSRF Error when logging into newly installed 13 node Apigee cluster

I'm getting the following error when I try to login as Admin on newly installed 13 node Apigee private cloud install. I am accessing UI via load balancer but have other all in one installations that use same proxy successfully. All post validation apigee-validate tests passed.

Fixed after I configured AWS load balance to forward cookies. This was not required on previouse AIO installs.
