Can we add more organizations for testing on Edge platform

As part of our initial proof of concept for the apigee trial, we are trying to validate that we can correctly assign Access between Public, Private and Internal Only. Now through Dev portal we can see that we don't have access to "Private" and "Internal only". Since we only have one organization, we are not able to verify products with Private access can be added to external developers (which I am assuming are the developers that dont belong to our organization).

Yes, You can add more organizations by creating free accounts. To answer your question , There is no functional difference between "Private" & "Internal Only". Please find the relevant discussion here that clarifies the same.
