Cannot create the proxy for Integration Target

I cannot create the proxy for "Integration target."
When I create with the template, I cannot choose any targets.
But, I have already created the integration.

What should I check?
Is there anyone who have the same trouble?

Hello, try to create your integration target in US region, and then repeat your actions

I encountered same problem at the beginning several days ago when I started practices. It was resolved automatically today. However, I still don't know the root cause. The integrations I created were in Aisa-north and Asia-northeast.
