Enabling streaming at environment level

Hi Team,

May I check is there any way or api mgmt call to enable streaming for all the Api proxies with in an environment in Apigee hybrid. I've checked the docs but I didn't found for env scope level, Only proxy level found by adding properties.
Please let me know if there is a way or not.
