Can anyone list the external repos needed to install the Developer Portal?

The list is needed to temporarily allow connectivity from an internal server behind corporate firewalls.

You will need access to https://software.apigee.com (or your local copy of that repository). If you need to update Drupal modules you will also need access to drupal.org.
