How to change console CSS​ ?

In order to distinguish Integration and Production platform, we would like to change the APIGee Console banner color. What is the best way do to this ? Edit CSS, ....

Login to your https://apigee.com/togo account and select the Console Select "Style" tab and add your css, Save changes
