How to get or delete cache forcefully?

We are using Populate cache and LookUp cache with particular timeout. How we can get list of cache and how we can delete cache without using any policy/Invalidate cache in the proxy? 
In the Admin > Environments > Cache

we are not getting any list here as we are not using any key.
