General question?
How are you creating/managing your api contracts with in organization?
Are there having some kind of dev portal where you are publishing and managing the api’s?
If you are following RESTful architectural style & if contracts are well written and following open api (https://spec.openapis.org/oas/latest.html) specification & then it is simple to import the existing openapis to the apigee platform and create/migrate the api’s.

Is it tibco Mashery? Somehow if the tool provide a way to export as openapi then it is easy to move forward..talk to your internal api governance team(may be) & you may get some guidance.
