How to read the properties of a policy in Apigee Edge

How can I access the properties of a policy? This is very useful information for logs.
For example, how do I access the 'expression' and 'stepDefinition-name' fields?

That is debug info, which is collected when a Debug session is active.  It is not accessible via a "context variable".
