Hybrid environment group attachment limit

We use apigee hybrid 1.8 version with Amazon EKS cluster.

We have 76 environments and 40 environment groups. These environments are mapped to multiple groups which has led to environment group attachment limit breach. Limit is 100 but we would need 130.

Error is " create Environment group attachment request" quota exhausted.

Can we increase this limit?
