I am facing issues while deploying any api-proxy in my org. How do I resolve this?

Hi, I am encountering failure messages when I attempt to deploy/undeploy any api-proxy on my org account (everydaybank-psl). PFA, the screenshots. How do I resolve this? Thanks.
