Installing custom Proxy Jars Files in Apigee 4.16.01.xx

Not applicable

Hi,

we are upgrading from 4.15 to 4.16 of apigee edge. as we see in ApigeeEdgePrivateCloud-Install-Config-Guide.pdf (4.15) document we see the following :

Proxy JAR Files

There's a directory, <inst-root>/apigee4/var/apigee/custom_jars/ where you can add JARs for use with Java callouts (note that <inst-root>/apigee4/var is a symbolic link to <data-root>/apigee4/data). This directory is not disturbed during upgrades and is automatically available in classpath.

But there is no such instruction given in ApigeeEdgePrivateCloud-Install-Config-Guide.pdf (4.16).

we have our custom Jars(drivers) that we need to install in 4.16 .

1. How is this done in Apigee edge 4.16.01.

2. If we have existing jars in 4.15.xx which are kept in <inst-root>/apigee4/var/apigee/custom_jars/ where it will be copied into which directory if we do this in Apigee Edge 4.16.xx.
