Is it possible to execute apigeectl commands on the openshift which doesn't have kubectl installed

we are planning to install Apigee hybrid components in Openshift platform and we are exploring some things before getting it installed.

One of the question , we have , Is it possible to execute apigeectl commands on the openshift which doesn't have kubectl installed

apigeectl needs to talk to your k8s cluster to create the components required for Apigee. The only way it can do is via kubectl. It is a required one. Also specified in the documentation.
