Is it possible to send logs from Apigee API proxy to IBM QRadar (Cloud version)?

I am implementing message logging in my API proxies. I want to use Message Logging Policy in PostClientFlow. I want to know whether it is possible to send logs to IBM QRadar form the Apigee API proxy.

If yes, any suggestion regarding standard practices or recommendations would be highly appreciated.
