Is the apix Health Api still working? I tried using the example FHIR resources and got server errors.

I tried consuming the FHIR resources on health apix, for example: https://healthapix.apigee.io/patient/apis/get/%7Bpid%7D/%24meta

I consistenly obtained an internal server error. Is it working?
